Skincare

Korean skincare focuses primarily on hydration and problem prevention. First, the skin is cleansed in the evenings with a double cleansing, where makeup, dirt, sebum, and sunscreen are removed from the skin with an oil-based cleansing product, and then the skin is cleansed with a water-based product. After this, the skin is pampered with various moisturizing and treatment products, such as toner, serum, and of course sheet masks and moisturizers.

Browse products according to the steps of the Korean skincare routine here, and from our article you can learn about the Korean skincare routine.

The Korean Way

Start your K-beauty routine

We have put together starter kits for every skin type to make it as easy as possible to get acquainted with Korean skincare.

Korean skincare

Korean skincare focuses on the overall well-being of the skin, rather than seeking quick fixes. While Western countries often look for the newest and most effective ingredient or product, Korean skincare starts as part of daily health habits from a very young age.

The skin is well cared for, its balance and health supported, for example, by careful double cleansing, favoring moisturizing toners, which provide the skin with its first dose of moisture and, of course, sunscreens. Wrinkles are prevented long before they even appear, with gentle and consistent well age routine.

Steps of the Korean skincare routine

The Korean skincare routine includes these steps:

  1. Makeup removal oil-based cleansing product
  2. Skin cleansing water-based cleansing product
  3. Exfoliation
  4. Toner
  5. Mask (spreadable or sheet mask i.e., sheet mask)
  6. Essence, serum, and ampoule
  7. Eye cream
  8. Moisturizer
  9. Sleeping masks and lip masks
  10. Sunscreen

However, not all steps are meant to be done in one routine or even in one day; this refers to a comprehensive routine to care for the skin. Products and steps are adapted according to the skin's needs and, of course, personal preference. Read more about the Korean skincare routine.

Check your nearest store’s opening hours on our store page.

How can I contact customer service?

All inquiries regarding orders should be sent by email to info@yeppo.fi.

Please do not send order inquiries via social media or send multiple messages about the same issue, as this delays handling.

During the campaign, our customer service receives a lot of messages, so response times are longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding!

Free gifts with purchase

How can I get the free gifts?

Get full-size skincare products free with your purchase, based on your order total:

  • Orders over €60: Celimax TXA Brightening Eye Patch (worth €27.99).
  • Orders over €100: Plus VT Cosmetics PDRN Capsule Cream 100 (worth €32.99).

So, with an order over €100, you’ll get both free gifts, worth over €60 in total!

Order thresholds are calculated after discounts. Free gifts are available in limited quantities. Limit one of each free gift per customer.

Do I need to add the free gifts to my cart myself?

No need! Free gifts are automatically added to your cart when your order meets the promotion requirements and the products are available.

Free gifts are available in limited quantities. If a free gift does not appear in your cart, it is sold out.

Orders and deliveries

Can I order products for in-store pickup?

In-store pickup orders are unavailable during the campaign. Pickup ordering will be available again on November 6 at 9:00 a.m.

When will my K-Beauty Day order be delivered?

Due to the high volume of orders during the campaign, the estimated order processing time is 10–15 business days. Our warehouse is doing its best to get orders on their way as soon as possible! 💙

Please note that, in addition to this, delivery takes the transit time for your selected shipping method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders placed during the campaign cannot be changed. However, you can request to cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation policy before it moves to picking at our warehouse.

Please note that our customer service team receives more inquiries than usual during the campaign, so we may not be able to process your cancellation request before picking begins.

Once your order has moved to picking, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can return part or all of your order in accordance with our usual return policy.

Returns

Can I return products purchased during a promotion?

Yes! Products purchased during the campaign can also be returned within 14 days, in accordance with our return policy. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Please note that if, after the return, you no longer meet the conditions for receiving the free gift, you must return the free gift as well.

Read the full terms: Return Policy.
