Campaigns and discounts

When is K-Beauty Day, and what does the campaing include?

K-Beauty Day takes place on Thursday, November 5, 2026! 💙 In our best K-Beauty offer of the year, you get 50% off the entire selection, plus up to two full-size skincare products free, worth over €60 in total! 

The promotion starts in the online store at 7:00 a.m. and is valid until 11:59 p.m. on November 5. In-store offers are valid on November 5 during each store’s opening hours.

Gift cards are not included in the offer.

Are the offers also valid in stores?

Yes! K-Beauty Day offers are available online and in stores. In-store offers are valid during store opening hours.

How can I contact customer service?

All inquiries regarding orders should be sent by email to info@yeppo.fi.

Please do not send order inquiries via social media or send multiple messages about the same issue, as this delays handling.

During the campaign, our customer service receives a lot of messages, so response times are longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding!

Free gifts with purchase

How can I get the free gifts?

Get full-size skincare products free with your purchase, based on your order total:

  • Orders over €60: Celimax TXA Brightening Eye Patch (worth €27.99).
  • Orders over €100: Plus VT Cosmetics PDRN Capsule Cream 100 (worth €32.99).

So, with an order over €100, you’ll get both free gifts, worth over €60 in total!

Order thresholds are calculated after discounts. Free gifts are available in limited quantities. Limit one of each free gift per customer.

Do I need to add the free gifts to my cart myself?

No need! Free gifts are automatically added to your cart when your order meets the promotion requirements and the products are available.

Free gifts are available in limited quantities. If a free gift does not appear in your cart, it is sold out.

Orders and deliveries

Can I order products for in-store pickup?

In-store pickup orders are unavailable during the campaign. Pickup ordering will be available again on November 6 at 9:00 a.m.

When will my K-Beauty Day order be delivered?

Due to the high volume of orders during the campaign, the estimated order processing time is 10–15 business days. Our warehouse is doing its best to get orders on their way as soon as possible! 💙

Please note that, in addition to this, delivery takes the transit time for your selected shipping method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders placed during the campaign cannot be changed. However, you can request to cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation policy before it moves to picking at our warehouse.

Please note that our customer service team receives more inquiries than usual during the campaign, so we may not be able to process your cancellation request before picking begins.

Once your order has moved to picking, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can return part or all of your order in accordance with our usual return policy. 

Returns

Can I return products purchased during a promotion?

Yes! Products purchased during the campaign can also be returned within 14 days, in accordance with our return policy. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Please note that if, after the return, you no longer meet the conditions for receiving the free gift, you must return the free gift as well.

Do I need to return the free gifts if I return part of my order?

If the total value of your order no longer meets the minimum purchase threshold for receiving the free gifts after a return, you must also return those free gifts.
